Salmon Tartine with Lemon Whipped Feta, Pickled Red Onion, Cucumber and Dill. Oh. and sprinkled with flaky sea salt.

I don't know about you, but I’m craving more recipes with whipped feta. Which also has me thinking....what can't you do with whipped feta? (I smell a blog series coming!)

The citrus notes paired with salmon is a perfect match. Caution though–the bright colors in this dish are happiness inducing!
